About Us

KB Engineering & Consulting, PLLC (dba KB Consulting) is a full service, Civil & Environmental Engineering firm that was started in 2009 by its Owner, Kurt M. Bedore, PE and is a NYS certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The company’s hallmark is to provide personalized quality design &consulting services to clientele and all stakeholders utilizing a team approach in meeting program and project goals. The company has a strong knowledge and experience base with New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) as well as a myriad of other Federal, State and local regulatory compliance requirements as related to project permitting and Code compliance.
Mr. Bedore has practiced as a lead Program Manager / Project Engineer under his company and previously for several national, regional and local consulting firms on a wide array of projects and has also provided private consulting services as d/b/a KB Consulting since 1998. He brings the best of these experiences to his clients through the company service offerings.
Kurt has been a practicing licensed Professional Engineer since 1998 and has over 30 years of practical design and consulting experience across many Civil & Environmental Engineering disciplines.
