Residential Program Coordinator (QIDP)

Saratoga Bridges is looking for a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) to work with the people we support who have developmental/intellectual disabilities. We have homes in Saratoga County that operate under OPWDD regulations. If you are an energetic person who want to help people and have; 1. a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field, and 2. Two years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities, Apply Now!

In this role, the Program Coordinator (PC) will develop a Life Plan for each person they support. These plans are Person Centered and set the Valued Outcomes that staff will be working on with each person during the year. To ensure these supports are provided correctly, the PC will provide training to employees on the person's Valued Outcomes and then observe staff implementing goals and reviewing documentation. Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Education, Special Education, Psychology or related field. This is required for the QIDP status.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with people who have a developmental disability
• OPWDD experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Personal vehicle to travel between worksites or locations
