Early Childhood Assistant Teacher

The Waldorf School of Saratoga Springs is seeking an assistant teacher for our mixed age Kindergarten (ages 3 to 6). Successful applicants will be creative, nurturing individuals who have experience working with children. A love of the outdoors is essential, as a significant portion of each day is spent outside. Ideal candidates will demonstrate an interest in Waldorf Education and the ability to work closely under the guidance of the Lead Teacher.

Responsibilities include supporting the lead teacher and children throughout the day, room setup and cleanup. Hours are 8:00 to 2:30, Monday through Friday.

This position may be expanded by combining it with the aftercare assistant position.
