What did you learn? \n\n\n\nIf you're like a majority of local businesses\, you probably weren't prepared when state-wide social distancing and work from home measures were put into place to slow the spread of COVID-19 in March 2020. Virtually overnight\, we all needed to plan a transition from an in-person to remote workforce or risk closing our doors entirely.  Working from home needs to become a rapid\, sustainable\, and secure process for businesses. We must be able to adapt.
