DESCRIPTION:The School of Dance is held in Saratoga Springs in cooperation with Skidmore College and the National Museum of Dance. Founding Artistic Director Carolyn Adams has an impressive dance history as a former Paul Taylor Dancer\, Juilliard and Alvin Ailey Faculty Member and founder of the American Dance Legacy Institute. 30 students selected through a competitive audition process participate in classes which encompass a variety of modern techniques as well as composition work\, repertory and performance.
