DESCRIPTION:Saratoga County Economic Opportunity Councils Annual May Day Spring Fling dinner and auction will be held on Monday\, May 8\, 2017 at the Canfield Casino in Saratoga Springs. This fun evening includes appetizers\, dinner\, dessert and complimentary drinks provided by Longfellows Restaurant\, Hotel and Conference Center and The Olde Bryan Inn\, as well as silent and live auctions. This is the major fundraising event for the Saratoga County EOC. EOC is a not for profit organization that has helped income eligible residents of Saratoga County since 1973.
