DESCRIPTION:Bugs aren't for squishing\, Bugs are for appreciating! This event is all about creating a conversation and excitement about the creatures that live among us\; about pure discovery\, the importance of cherishing the ecosystems and the environment all around us. Dads\, Granddads and uncles too bring your young bug hunters and join the team at Brookside Nursery as we talk about the bugs they will find in their garden and backyard. We will create a Bug Hotel using recycled materials and nature's finest foliage. Young gardeners will then plant a miniature garden to house their bug hotel! We will have a sampling of small bug snacks and beetle juice for you and your young gardeners to enjoy! Spaces are limited to 25 miniature gardens so please sign up soon\, $20 per Miniature Garden with Bug Hotel.\n\nSupplies Provided:\n\nPlanter\n\nBug Hotel Materials\n\nDecorative Materials\n\n(4) Flowering Plants\n\n(1) Bug net\n\nIncludes bug refreshments and beetle juice (if your child has allergies please bring a snack that they can enjoy)\n\nParent/Guardians are required to stay and assist their child in planting.
