DESCRIPTION:The Adirondack Folk School invites you to attend the opening of our new A.Z. Solomon Woodworking Center on Friday evening\, April 28\, 2017 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm. The School received a generous grant from the A.Z. Solomon Charitable Trust\, enabling us to hold a variety of classes in our well-equipped workshops with many new\, state-of-the-art tools and furnishings. We hope you will join us for some refreshments at the unveiling of the Center.  The small celebration will include the rededication of Max's Workshop\, provided by the family of our founder\, Jim Mandle\, which began our program at the school. We are grateful for the hard work and dedication of our volunteer cadre of woodworkers\, affectionately known as our "woodchucks"!  Light fare will be served.
