DESCRIPTION:JOIN OUR SUMMER YOUTH THEATRE  PROGRAM!\n\nINST-ADVENTURE: METROPOLIS\n\nOur workshop for young people\, which produced last year?s hilariously original The Golden Phoenix\, returns! This season?s Inst-adventure: Metropolis invites participants in the audience\, on stage\, and behind the scenes on a choose-your-own-journey utilizing smart-devices and polls in real-time as part of a collaboration and developing exchange with the Swedish organization Kultur i Väst. We?ll be exploring a variety of social issues\, pushing the boundaries of theatre\, and as usual looking to incorporate the insights of our young collaborators\, all in the style of the silent-era film Metropolis. Join iTheatre Saratoga/Creative Place for this two week workshop culminating in a series of live performances from our youth workshop artists.\n\n\n\nOpen to students ages 9-14. Nominal enrollment fee for the two week workshop is $200 per/student. Limited scholarships available. All classes and performances are set to take place at the Riggi Theatre in the National Museum of Dance at 99 South Broadway in Saratoga Springs.
