Rayna Caldwell\, an environmental consultant\, currently chairs the Climate Smart Task Force of Saratoga Springs. The Task Force engages in a variety of projects with the aim of reducing the City's climate emissions by promoting energy efficiency and renewable energy. Rayna earned a Master's of Environmental Management from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies.
