DESCRIPTION:The Burnt Hills Oratorio Society welcomes singers for its upcoming concert\, Mozart's "Requiem Mass". This immortal choral work will be performed in a joint concert with the University at Albany Choral Artists\, Nov. 11\, 2016. The first rehearsal is Tuesday\, August 30\, 2016\, 7 pm\, Church of the Immaculate Conception Parish Hall\, 400 Saratoga Road\, Glenville\, 12302. Registration starts at 6:30.\n\nAt 8:30\, there will be a "Meet and Greet"\, providing everyone the opportunity to chat with the Artistic Director. Food and refreshment will be provided. This is also the time to welcome new singers and reconnect with friends.\n\nBHOS is a friendly choral group that welcomes all singers\, without audition. Here is your opportunity to sing with a professional orchestra\, blend voices\, and enjoy community.\n\nSubsequent rehearsals are Tuesday nights\, 7 pm\, at the Burnt Hills/Ballston Lake High School choral room. Membership is $55 plus the cost of music. For more information\, info@BHOS.us. Walk-ins and observers are welcome.
