The annual fundraiser?s proceeds all go to the retired thoroughbred racehorses who call Old Friends at Cabin Creek home. Suggested donation is $10. The event includes hot soups donated by area restaurants including The Olde Bryan Inn\, Longfellows\, The Wishing Well and The Village Pizzeria. Birthday cake will be served with coffee\, tea\, and cocoa. This year there will be a halter auction and a silent auction\, and visitors are welcome to tour the farm and horses during the fundraiser. There is a new Welcome Center in the barn which will be open for browsing. The event is open to the public and children are welcome. Old Friends at Cabin Creek\, a 501 3 non-profit farm and the Bobby Frankel Division\, is a satellite farm of Old Friends\, Inc. in Georgetown\, KY and is dedicated to dignified retirement for retired racehorses.
